Our goal is to get you to your goals as quickly as possible, resulting in less time and money. Dr. Millsop is a board certified chiropractic sports physician (CCSP). He is additionally certified in Active Release Techniques (ART). His advanced training allows for more efficient management of all injuries, especially extremity complaints (hands, shoulders, knees, feet, etc). He utilizes functional movement screening (FMS) and selective functional movement assessment (SFMA) to quickly find the cause of pain or dysfunction, which allows for quicker healing and ultimately less treatment for the patient than many traditional therapies. Nobody wants to be stuck in a lifelong treatment plan. We will get you well quickly and provide you with the tools (exercises, ergonomics, etc) to keep yourself well.
